| This was from the first day we saw them. |
Hi! As most of you know, we just came from a trip to the States so were
still tired from jet lag. Daddy came back from outside and said that
there was a monkey. We went outside and saw it and 3 more with it. One of
them threw a coconut down. It almost hit us! Then after I touched the
coconut, I had to go inside and wash my hands from the monkey spit. Then
Mom told me that it probably wasn't their spit, just the coconut water
splashed on it when it broke.

Wow! Here we have birds, squirrels, ,opossoms, and rabbits. There you have monkeys. Amazing the variety of local animals in different countries! Bettye Megason
ReplyDeleteKeep an eye on those monkeys ! They are looking for food and water, so any candy or food you leave around will be fair game for them ;-) You may go hungry if you're not careful. But they sure are cute.
ReplyDeletewhat a fun adventure. Why the concern about the monkey spit? Mrs. Ruthie.
